Returns & Refund Policy

We want your edit to work. If it does not, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
30-day returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned with tags intact and original packaging. A full set can be returned complete, or you can return individual pieces from the set.
Hygiene exclusions
For hygiene reasons, jewelry and any intimate items cannot be returned once their seal or hygiene strip has been opened, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.
How to start a return
Email support@dallasdesigns.shop with your order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Return shipping is arranged with our carrier; Edit Club and Atelier members receive free returns.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in USD to the card used at checkout via Stripe. Shipping fees are refunded only where the return is due to a fault or our error.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Membership cancellation
You can cancel Edit Club or Atelier at any time. Benefits continue until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate part-periods unless required by law.
