Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and selected European destinations, in USD. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us.
Cost and timing
Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order and is free for Edit Club and Atelier members. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier.
Carriers and tracking
Orders are delivered by established courier and postal carriers. You receive tracking by email once your order ships. Carriers receive only the delivery address needed to complete delivery.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order is delayed or does not arrive, email support@dallasdesigns.shop and we will trace it with the carrier and put things right.
