These terms govern your use of dallasdesigns.shop and any purchase from DALLAS DESIGNS LTD, trading as Dallas Edit.
Ordering and pricing
All prices are shown in USD and include the coordinated set described on the product page. Shipping is added at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment taken.
Sizing and fit
Garment measurements shown on each product page are a guide, not a guarantee of fit. Colours may vary depending on your screen. Actual fit is best confirmed by trying pieces on. We make no medical, corrective or shaping claims about any garment.
Marketing and material claims
Fabric, care and any sustainability information reflect what is stated on the product page and is not an unproven claim. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Memberships
Edit Club and Atelier are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD. They provide member pricing and styling perks only — there are no credits, points or stored balance, and monthly lookbook or seasonal planning allowances do not roll over. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled; on cancellation, benefits continue until the end of the current period.
Returns

Acceptable use and age
Products are for personal use. See the Acceptable Use Policy. Under-13s may not register or order; 13–17s require a parent or guardian's consent and adult payment.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, United Kingdom. DALLAS DESIGNS LTD is a private limited company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom.
